Landlord Fees

Letting Only (preparing particulars, advertising, conducting viewings, reference, and credit checks, preparing tenancy agreement – Minimum Fee £500 plus vat.

Letting & Rent Collection (as above plus collection of monthly rent) –  8% plus vat.

Letting & Management – £350.00 plus vat, initial set up cost and then a monthly
management fee of 10% plus vat

Energy Performance Certificate – £95.00 plus vat per property
Gas Safety Check – £65.00 plus vat
Electrical Safety Check – from £120.00 plus vat.
Inventory Preparation – £100.00 plus vat.
Inventory Check Out – £60.00 plus vat.
Legionella Risk Assessment – Subject to contractors Quote.
Deposit Registration Fee (protection of deposit in authorised scheme and service of prescribed information) – No charge.
Periodic Inspections – £55 plus vat.
Additional Inspections (in addition to periodic inspections) – £60.00 plus vat per visit.
Tenancy Renewal Fee (negotiating and documenting renewal) (Landlord fee) –  £30.00 plus vat.
Service of Notice – £75.00 plus vat.
Attend Legal Proceedings – £90.00 plus vat per hour.
Non Routine Maintenance – 10% Plus vat.
